MERCY HONORS
TWO EMPLOYEES WITH DOVE AWARD

City, IA: Two Mercy nurses recently received a DOVE Award: Carolyn
Weiss is a registered nurse and has worked at Mercy since 1992;
and Cyndi Lilleskov, also a registered nurse, has worked at Mercy
since 2002.
Mercy's DOVE Award (Doing Our Values Everyday) was created by the
Spirit of Mercy committee in 1993 and has been awarded quarterly
since then. Any employee may nominate another employee, with the
nominations reviewed and awards made by Spirit of Mercy committee
members. Employees who are nominated and selected are those who
reflect Mercy's values of respect, excellence, compassion, stewardship,
and collaboration through their everyday work.
